Corporate & company retreats

Your team shows up. Everything else is already handled.

No tickets to sell, so the model flips: a flat operating fee on a per-head budget instead of a revenue split. Identical ground stack, identical dedicated operator — one invoice and one person to call.

Host model

Ticketed retreats — 50/50 net split

Creators, founders and community operators selling seats to their audience.

  • Zero upfront capital from you
  • Ground costs funded from ticket revenue
  • Gross minus real ground ops, split 50/50
  • Open ledger, no markup, no retainer
Corporate model

Company offsites — flat operating fee

Startups, remote tech teams and leadership groups with an approved budget.

  • Flat operating fee on a per-head budget
  • One invoice, standard payment terms, PO-friendly
  • No revenue split — you're not selling tickets
  • Full cost transparency on the ground stack

What the flat fee covers

  • Estate or compound with a private suite per attendee — never shared rooms
  • Group flight coordination, VIP airport fast-track and private transfers
  • Private chefs, full catering, dietary and allergy handling per person
  • Fiber mesh Wi-Fi with cellular failover, AV, screens and workspace power
  • Offsite programming: workshops space, wellness, excursions, team activities
  • Dedicated on-ground operator living on site for the full duration
  • Content capture for internal comms or employer branding, if scoped
  • Duty-of-care: vetted vendors, insurance, 24/7 escalation line
How budgeting works

Give us headcount, nights, region and a per-head budget. We come back with an itemised ground-ops cost, the flat operating fee on top, and two or three estate options at that number. Nothing is booked until you approve the line items — and finance gets a single invoice, not fourteen vendor receipts from three countries.

Scope your company offsite

Send headcount, target region and dates. You get costed estate options back, with the per-head number broken out.
